Process

1) Book Your Session

To begin, simply send a message via the contact page and we will arrange a convenient time to schedule your video call. Once booked, you will receive a link and all the details on how to join the call.

2) Questionnaire

After booking, you'll also receive a brief questionnaire regarding your space, design preferences, and goals. This information provides valuable insights before your session and allows us to make the most of the time on the call.

3) Virtual Design Consult

During the 60-minute consultation, you'll have the opportunity to share all your ideas, concerns, and aspirations for your space and will be provided with real-time feedback.

4) Personalised Plan

After the session, you will receive a personalised design plan summarising the discussed ideas, concepts and recommendations for easy reference when it comes to transforming your space.

  • The 60-minute virtual Design Consultation is conducted via Zoom. Prior to the consultation, you will receive an email link to connect to the call. You'll have the opportunity to show the space on the video, discuss your design goals, provide all the details and receive personalised recommendations and solutions in real-time.

  • Once you've booked your session, you'll receive a brief questionnaire to complete. This information provides valuable insights before your session and allows us to make the most of the time on the call.

    If you don’t already have Zoom, the instructions on how to download it to your computer, tablet or phone will be included in your confirmation email.

  • Absolutely! You have the flexibility to discuss specific rooms or areas you'd like to focus on during the consultation. Whether it's your living room, bedroom, kitchen or any other space, the time is used to address your concerns and provide tailored recommendations.

  • The Personalised Plan will summarise all of the ideas, concepts and recommendations we discussed during the consultation and can be used as a reference when it comes to transforming your space.
